CLEVER CUTOUT FOR CAMPERVAN
I cover my campervan to protect its paintwork with a bespoke lightweight cover I made from ripstop lightweight nylon , with elasticised cutouts for the solar panels so that they continue to gain solar charge .
I installed a Renology 30W solar panel and 15A PWM four-stage controller with a scrolling readout , including amperage output from the panel , to maintain the campervan ’ s battery . This controller has Bluetooth so I can keep track of the battery ’ s state of charge without having to uncover the campervan .
