TOWING AND TOURING TIPS !

CARAVAN PARK LOCATION
Here ’ s a quick tip when looking for an appropriate caravan park : scout its location using Google Maps . This will allow you to see its exact location in relation to busy roads , shops , etc .
VAN PARK SITE PLAN
It ’ s increasingly common for the larger holiday park chains to provide site plans on their website . Take advantage of this , as obtaining a plan in advance of making your booking will put you on the front foot in terms of requesting a site within the park that best suits you . Where site plans aren ’ t available online , don ’ t be shy about requesting for one to be emailed to you .

OVERNIGHTING
If you are only planning to stay one night at a holiday park , consider requesting a drivethrough site , if available . This will allow you to keep the van hitched up , though it might be a good idea to at least put the jockey wheel down and raise the van off the towbar . But at least the van and vehicle are lined up , ready to roll first thing in the morning !
