FOURTH ANNUAL LEAN IN CONFERENCE FOCUSED ON WELLNESS, RESTORATION
The fourth annual Lean In conference is set to return to the Bridge View Center, March 5. This regional event has quickly become a cornerstone gathering for women across Southeast Iowa and beyond. More than just a conference, Lean In is a space where women can pause, breathe and invest in themselves.
This year, the conference theme leans intentionally into wellness and restoration. Women often carry the weight of their families, workplaces, and communities— leaving little time to focus on their own healing and growth. The Lean In Conference offers a much-needed moment of rest, as well as the tools and resources to nurture body, mind and spirit. The goal is simple yet powerful: when women take care of themselves, they return to their communities with renewed energy to create progress and lasting impact.
The day will feature dynamic keynote speakers and breakout sessions designed to uplift, educate and inspire. From conversations on leadership and equity to hands-on workshops on mental health, physical wellness, and sustainable balance, participants will walk away with strategies they can immediately put into practice.
GOPIP has carefully timed this annual event to align with International Women’ s Day, honoring the legacy of women who have fought for equality at home, in the workplace, and in their communities. Lean In celebrates those victories while equipping today’ s women with the strength and wisdom needed to pave the way for future generations.
