Church Street District :
Church Street District has some of the oldest , newest and most honored businesses in Ottumwa . This is the broadest district , it expands to the north out to the airport . Here you will find two fantastic golf courses , restaurants , plus unique shopping boutiques for art , cigars and more . This district also has several hotels , a new car dealership , rescue animal shelter , garden store and many other types of service providers . Indian Hills Community College is in this district as well as Ottumwa Regional Health Center .
