Rio de Janeiro is mirroring NYC in that aspect. Whether from a favela or a penthouse in Leblon, these artists are hitting the streets hard with their creations. From tags, murals, anime, stencils and "installations," street art is everywhere!
I saw a man in slacks and a tie put up a tag before getting on a bus to go to his desk job - that's beautiful.
