Williams fights Parkinson ’ s Disease head on with education and information

Some consistent stiffness in her shoulder prompted London resident Jane Rice Williams to schedule a visit with her doctor in October 2016 .
When the diagnosis came back that she had Parkinson ’ s Disease , she and her family were devastated .
“ I ’ d gone to the doctor in Lexington by myself that day ,” she said . “ You could have knocked me over with feather . The whole way driving back , I was in shock . When I got home I told Mackey ( husband ) and we both just cried the rest of the day .”
