Stay on Prescribed Medications For anyone who is worried about access to prescribed medications , ask your prescribing health care provider about getting a 90-day supply vs . a 60- or 30-day supply . If this is not possible , it is critical to refill medications as soon as they are allowed .
CONTINUE PRACTICING SELF-CARE Persons suffering from mental illness should put emphasis on providing a continued self-care program . Some things you can do are
