TIP #1
Buy foods for which you can pronounce all the ingredients.
TIP #2
If you have freezer space, buy frozen vegetables without added sauces or
butter. They are better for you than processed vegetables with additives and more similar to
fresh vegetables in nutrition, may cost less, and, without sauces or butter, should not have many
added ingredients.
TIP #3
If you make all of your own junk food, it will be healthier. For example, homemade ice cream
and homemade chips are better than store bought.
TIP #4
When possible, choose the less processed option.
