Ferrets are wonderful pets to own, they are sneeky, clever, and love to be loved. Ferrets sleep 18 hours a day and eat every 3-4 hours since there stomach go through food easy. They are not ment for people with a sencitive nose, as there body produces a oil for there skin which has a smell to it which makes them "smelly". But if you can stand the smell this is a pet for you, they love to play but there great for people who have long work hours. The longer you have the ferret the sooner they will get use to sleeping while your gone at work.
