GOLF CLUB WELTEN Welten Golf Club is situated 23 km to the south-east from Bratis-
lava. It offers its visitors the highest possible standard of services. The golf course (par
72, total length 6100m) is rich in sand bunkers what makes it very interesting for all
categories of players without regard to the level of playing handicap. GC Welten driving
range is the only one of its kind in Slovakia and near surroundings. In addition to mo-
delled terrain it offers players also the possibility to drive during evening hours thanks
to the artificial lighting and thus is not boring even to frequently practising players.
There is a restored manor house with restaurant, hotel and wide club background wit-

PENATI GOLF RESORT The Penati Golf Resort at Sajdfkove Humence covers over 217 hec-
tares of gorgeous, breathtaking scenery in Slovakia’s Zahorie region. Situated amidst the
pine forests of the Little Carpathians near the town Senica, in the village of Sajdfkove-Hu-
mence, it is less than an hour’s drive from Bratislava and approx. 20 minutes from the
Czech-Slovak border crossing at Kuty. The resort has two 18-hole courses: the Nicklaus
Design Legend Course and the Heritage Course. Golfers can enjoy playing along fairways
lined with sand dunes that are natural features in this region. The course’s sandy subsoil
lets the landscape retain its original character, even after rain, so the area pulsates with
golf from early spring through late autumn. Something special to be found at the resort is
Europe’s longest hole at 716 yards, and 11 tees. The Penati Golf Resort is the largest golf
resort in Slovakia and is included among the best European golf courses in The World of

GOLF RESORT SKALICA The championship golf course was opened 2009. Is a typical
links and complies with all the requirements of a modern complex of European and
world standard. The course was designed by a top Austrian architect, Hans-Georg Er-
hardt, who has built more than 25 courses in Europe and Africa. As part of the premises
you will find five lakes with nine holes designed in their proximity. There area number
of typical bunkers, wavy fairways and high heavy rough. You have to judge the wind
very carefully and play the course accordingly throughout the year. The course spreads
out on the area of 85 hectares and by its length belongs to the longest courses in Slo-
vakia. The total length from the black tees is 6577 meters. Mainly the 4th and 5th holes
(par 4, 405m and par 5, 529 m) provide a true skill and endurance test because they
are bounded by a water hazard. There is a beautiful view on the region of Free Royal
Town Skalica and typical region vineyards from all the holes. Type: 18 holes; PAR: 72;
