Since bringing in Golf Genius to manage all their events , the Robert Rock Junior Tour has seen a massive improvement to their operations . “ The results and order of merits are now so much quicker and more efficient with Golf Genius which was instrumental in our switch to use the software ,” commented Natalie Clarke .
“ The online booking system has saved us so much time . Getting it right first time is so important when you are processing up to 13 divisions of juniors per event and Golf Genius has taken away the hassle .”
When the registration for the 2021 series of events opened the tour took over 1,000 entries in a 24 hour period . “ I never had an issue with the system – it ’ s made my life so much easier ,” continued Clarke .
“ Truly we ’ re thrilled with Golf Genius and although we ’ ve seen similar products out there no one else can offer so much under one package .”
In order to provide the most enjoyable experience for the young players , the Tour is using live scoring to keep players , parents and spectators up-to-date with proceedings .
“ We ’ ve introduced live scoring and it ’ s brilliant for the kids to see all this information live , as it happens ,” continued Rock . “ Young people are so good on their phones these days and embrace new digital tools so easily , so we ’ re looking forward to seeing them react to that . I believe it ’ s the way events should be . Implementing the live scoring along with all the other features is the modern way of running golf events .”
