STARTING TIMES
Members may reserve a specific time up to seven days in advance on the Club website or by calling the Tournament Office at 772-231-8613 . Weekly Tee Times open at 7:00AM , one week in advance .
REGISTRATION
SPEED OF PLAY
Players should play at a good pace . It is a group ' s responsibility to keep up with the group in front . Pace of Play is expected to be 4 hours for a foursome , 3 hours for twosome play .
CADDIE PROGRAM

To ensure accuracy of your charges and to facilitate your group ' s access , please register with the Golf Staff prior to accessing the golf course . All Family Members must present their secure ID card prior to playing .
PRACTICE RANGE
Practice balls are available for all golf members and their guests . Please practice from designated areas to assist in the perpetuation of a quality tee area . Use of practice balls on the course is strictly prohibited .
BAG STORAGE
Bag storage is available to all Club Members at their discretion .
LOCKER RENTAL
Lockers are available for rent in both the Men ' s and Ladies ' Locker Rooms .
Requests for a traditional caddy or forecaddie may be made via Members First when booking a tee time . Caddy request must be made at a minimum of 24 hours in advance .
TIPPING POLICY
John ' s Island Club is a NO TIPPING facility , however , tipping is permitted for locker room service and caddies .
HOLE-IN-ONE POLICY
Any participating member getting a hole-in-one on a John ' s Island Club course , with a witness , will win Golf Shop credit equal to the total in the fund pool , not to exceed $ 599 , and all playing partners receive a pair of shoes .
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If lighting is detected in the area , play shall cease with one long blast of weather siren , and players are required to immediately seek shelter regardless of whether or not the lighting prediction siren has sounded . Three short blasts will resume play .
