Το all day gourmet εστιατόριο nesaea του ομίλου nice n easy,
με όνομα εμπνευσμένο από τη Νηρηίδα Nησαία, κόρη του
Νηρέα και της Ωκεανίδας, προστάτιδα των νησιών, βρίσκεται
σε ένα από τα «μυστικά» σημεία της Μυκόνου, στην περιοχή
του Καλαφάτη και την παραλία της Αγίας Άννας. Το λιτό
κυκλαδίτικο στυλ του εστιατορίου σε συνδυασμό με την
υπέροχη θέα έχουν δημιουργήσει έναν σπουδαίο γαστρονο-
μικό προορισμό στον χάρτη της Μυκόνου, δίνοντας μια νέα
φινετσάτη και εκλεπτυσμένη πνοή στη δημιουργική κουζίνα
των Κυκλάδων. Το nesaea αντλεί τις γαστρονομικές επιρροές
του από τις συνταγές και τα υλικά των ελληνικών νησιών
και ακολουθώντας τη farm-to-table φιλοσοφία των organic
εστιατορίων nice n easy, προσφέρει εξαιρετική σε εκτέλεση
δημιουργική ελληνική νησιώτικη κουζίνα, με εκλεκτές ολό-
φρεσκες πρώτες ύλες και ποιοτικά βιολογικά προϊόντα. Το με-
νού που υπογράφει και επιμελείται ο executive chef Χρήστος
Αθανασιάδης, περιλαμβάνει πιάτα, όπως χταπόδι sous vide
με ζελέ από Μezzo Σαντορίνης, φάβα και dressing με μελάνι,
καραβίδα με νιόκι φάβας και κακαβιά, καθώς και μυκονιάτικα
παραδοσιακά πιάτα σε παραλλαγές, όπως η αποδομημένη
κρεμμυδόπιτα με μους από ξινοτύρι και τα κουκιά σε λαρδί,
ενώ καθημερινά υπάρχουν και πιάτα ημέρας.

Το SantAnna στην παραλία της Παράγκας αποτελεί έναν
all day πολυχώρο διακοπών, που φιλοδοξεί να γίνει σημείο
αναφοράς, όχι μόνο στη Μύκονο αλλά και σε όλο τον
κόσμο. Το εντυπωσιακό συγκρότημα με την κυκλαδίτικη

group, named after Nereis Nesaea, the daughter of Nereus and
Okeanis deities, protector of the islands, is located in one of the
“secret” spot of Mykonos, in the area of Kalafatis, at Agia Anna
beach. The sleek Cycladic decoration of the restaurant combined
with the magnificent view have created a great gastronomical
destination on the chart of Mykonos, giving a new breath of
elegance and sophistication to the creative cuisine of Cyclades.
Nesaea draws its culinary influences by the recipes and the
ingredients of the Greek islands and, following the farm-to-

includes dishes like octopus sous vide with Santorinian Μezzo
jelly, yellow split peas and cuttlefish ink dressing, crayfish with
yellow-split-pea stuffed gnocchi and chowder, as well as modern
takes on Mykonian traditional dishes, like the deconstructed
