The Armour of God Series Hi Turbo Chargers, Are you all remembering to cut out and keep the pieces of the armour of God? I hope so! Mike & Milly and their dog Max were out in the garden. Mike was fixing the wheel on his skateboard and Milly was skipping around, "Be careful little hands what you do," she sang, " For the Father up above, is looking down in love, so be careful little hands what you do!" "Be careful little feet where you go," sang Mom as she came outside with a plateful of hotdogs for their lunch. "Be careful little MIND what you think," said Mike, as he got up to fetch the newest piece of armour to put on their soldier. “Why did you say that,” said Milly, “those aren't the normal words?” "Look," said Mike, "the next piece of armour is a helmet!" He held it up for Milly to see. "I wear a helmet when I skateboard to keep my head safe and this helmet of Salvation makes sure that our MINDS remember God's promises to us." Mom sat on the grass with Milly & Mike while they ate their hotdogs. "I want to remember that Jesus loves me!" said Milly "I want to remember not to be afraid because Jesus has promised to always be with me," said Mike. "We'll always wear our Helmets of Salvation," said Mike & Milly together! "Me too!" said Mom as she gave Max a piece of her hotdog. Yes, Turbo Chargers. We need to wear the Helmet of Salvation all the time so we can think about the good, kind and happy things we read about in the Bible. We can read about some of these things in Phil 4:8 Turbo Chargers please cut out all the pieces of armour, stick them on your soldier, then ask Mom or Dad to take a photo and e-mail it to [email protected] We will print some of them in the magazine! (If you have lost the soldier from February's edition then draw one, or ask us and we will send you a new one! 27
