It was Reed again. “I wanted to know if you’d like to meet me over at the Campbell’s Lake House this evening? I have a showing and I know you love those houses over in that area.” “I’d love to! I’ve heard legends about that lake behind the house— very intriguing.” “Well, I’m leaving that legend out of my presentation tonight. I don’t want to scare off any prospective buyers.
