DIY Christmas Snow Globes!

What You Need:

Clean jar with a water-tight lid

Festive, waterproof figurine or holiday ornament that fits inside the jar

Waterproof glue (such as superglue)

Water

Glitter

Ribbon

Glycerin (optional)

What You Do:

1.Remove the lid from the jar and set the jar aside.

2.Put the lid upside down and with your waterproof glue stick your figurine onto the inside of the lid. Remember the lid will be the bottom of the snow globe.

3.Now get your jar and add a few dashes of glitter to the jar, along with a few drops of glycerin if you’d like the glitter to fall slowly.

4.Now fill the jar almost to the top with water.

5.Screw lid back on the jar, so the figure is pointing down. Turn the jar upside down so the figurine is standing up.

6.Tie a ribbon around the jar lid and tie a bow.

7.Now you are finished. Shake the jar to watch the glitter fall like snow. This can be given as a gift and personalized in different ways.
