board. When did you set up
MASS Ltd?
The Company was established
in 2012 under The Protection of
Cyprus Ships against Acts of Piracy
and Other Unlawful Acts Law 2012,
which entered into force following
publication in the Official Gazette
on June 15, 2012. Following parliamentary approval of this pioneering
bill, an innovative and detailed legislative framework has been established
for the lawful use of armed escorts by
specially trained and certified guards.
