Healthy Exercise.

Dancing can improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles and bones and increase stamina. Depending how hard you work when you’re doing exercise depends on how much you will get out of it. As well as those obvious health benefits, dancing also improves your flexibility and your muscular endurance and strength. As much as going for a run will improve your cardio and stamina, dancing can actually improve your muscle strength and flexibility whist improving your balance, agility, coordination, speed and power.

Reduces Stress.

Dancing is also seen as an emotional relief as well as a physical release. It’s therapeutic. When you are dancing, just watch your worries fade away into the background. It takes your mind off the bad things in life and lets you forget them for a while whilst allowing your brain to connect on another level.

Any sort of movement makes us feel good, but dancing has a power like no other to make you feel ‘in the moment’ and alive.
