GOAL Academy Continues to
GROW!
GOAL Academy Site Innovation
The newly formed GOAL Academy Site Innovation Team has been
formed to develop a new and innovative brand design for GOAL
Academy Student Support Centers. Envisioned by CEO Kenneth
Crowell, the team is focused on helping lead GOAL Academy into the
future of education design.
Nathan Byford, Kristi Ingram, Kristy Baumgartner, and Debra Hodson,
along with Pueblo Region AAO Jill Toussaint and Northern Region
AAO Aryn Henneke, have worked together this Fall to redesign the
Pueblo Mall and Aurora sites. The Greeley Student Support Center
will be next on the agenda, to be started at the beginning of 2014.
Vibrant new colors featuring the spirit of the GOAL Academy green
and blue, open and collaborative design features, and future-proof
technology applications will be featured in each of the new redesigns.
Clean, simple lines, a focus on local landmarks, and integration of

Aurora Student Government meets for the first time in the newly redesigned Aurora Student Support Center. The group is very excited to take the next steps to
create fun and exciting events for students served from the Aurora site.
Each site will offer a Wi-Fi hotspot area for community members and
will have rich content to be streamed continuously on projected walls
and/or big screen smart televisions.
Staff will enjoy new work areas like the Tech Deck, Specialist Pods,
and the Site Administration Center. Academic Coaches will be able to
connect with their students more effectively in the student union,
along the work wall, and in the many comfortable and collaborative
learning areas in each of the sites.
Stay tuned for more information about Grand Openings, events, and
community connections as each of these sites are completed. We
hope you will have the opportunity to visit one of
