What if I need to make a change to my order after the deadline?
No changes can be made on orders after the deadline. We let our farmers know how much we need
according to our weekly count. Your order needs to be finalized Thursday night by 8:00pm. Thanks for
understanding!
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a $60 delivery fee per delivery address for Farm Boxes and Business Boxes. If you choose
the pick-up in store option, then there is no fee.
Where does nākd deliver?
Currently, we deliver within the City of Port of Spain, East and Central. Our delivery area is growing, so
check back frequently, or choose pick-up in store if you live outside of the current delivery area.
Can I suspend my deliveries?
Yes. You can request a single delivery be skipped, or request your deliveries held for a block of time.

ideas. As we grow, we will provide a free weekly newsletter before each delivery with simple and
delicious recipes you can try at home.
Would You Like To Customize Your Farm Box?
Sure thing. Each week we can email you what’s being harvested and you select what you’d like
delivered. Or you can always opt for any variety of our farm boxes where we bring you the best of the
best each week.
Certain Things You Don’t Like? Just let us know and we will substitute them out with each delivery.

Whether you are volunteering with fellow members or chatting during pickup, our members provide a
rich knowledge source for many topics ranging from healthy eating to natural living to where to find the
best natural baby products, and you may even get some ideas about how to cook that celery root!
