Go Connect for Panasonic – Newsletter MARCH 2016 No. 09 | Page 3
Charts can be instantly viewed using
pre-defined or custom date ranges for
multiple variables such as answered /
missed, direction, device etc. Filters
can also be applied to narrow down
the results. Chart types can range
from bar, line and pie.
Access is via a browser and charts can
be generated quickly and easily from
remote locations.
The data is stored on the Go Connect server, which also acts as the web server, so no additional infrastructure
is required. The feature is enabled through a “charting” license which can be installed just like any other Go
Connect license. Each license will allow a single browser connection.
* From 22nd Feb 2016 until Sept-2016, every new order of Go Connect will include a free 12 month evaluation
license. From 1st Sept licenses will be available for sale (price to be announced later this year). Support for
evaluation licenses will be provided on a reasonable effort basis through the normal support channel.
uaCSTA devices
This release of Go Connect includes support for SIP handsets supporting the uaCSTA protocol such as the Panasonic HDV series and TGP600. Handsets that support
uaCSTA can register directly with the Go Connect server
by-passing the need for the Go Connect server to make a
CTI (CSTA) connection to the telephone system. This
means a Go Connect solution could be sold with selected
Panasonic handsets irrespective of the telephone system
type. This solution is particularly applicable for (non
Panasonic PBX) hosted telephony solutions especially
when combined with the new multi-tenant features (see
below).
Please note: uaCSTA handsets are not advised for use with the Attendant client.
