It takes a dedicated and committed team
to run an all volunteer non- profit orga-
nization. Tail Waggers is the Nonprofit
of the Year, not just because they’re so
good at rescuing dogs, but also because
their fun and engaging fundraisers
bring people and dogs together to cre-
ate a greater sense of community. With
past and future activities such as a 5K
Wagathon (with a portion donated to the
Gilroy Garlic Festival Victims Relief Fund),

Wags ‘n’ Wine at Guglielmo Winery, a Pet
Photoshoot, Mardi Paws Bunco Night at
Old City Hall in Gilroy, and Dog Yoga in
the Park at House of Yoga in Morgan Hill,
who wouldn’t have fun?
