Log into Student Self-Service Portal
As a newly accepted Griffin, you now have access to GMercyU’ s Student Self-Service Portal.
By logging into GMercyU’ s Student Self-Service Portal, you can gain easy access to important information, including details on your financial aid package. You can also submit your acceptance and housing deposits.
Your Self-Service login and password information was sent to your email shortly after you were accepted. If you can’ t find the email, let the Admissions Office know and we will resend it to you.

Make your deposit
All we need to confirm your spot in the incoming class is your tuition deposit. A $ 200 tuition deposit is preferred by June 1. If you are accepted after June 1, please make your deposit within three weeks of your acceptance or as soon as possible.
If you want to secure your spot in the Residence Halls, you will need to submit an additional $ 200 housing deposit. You can learn more about living on campus on page 7.
You can make your deposit( s) online through our Student Self-Service Portal. For more information on how to pay your deposit( s) online, go to page 11.

Confirm financial aid
Financial Aid: If you haven’ t completed your FAFSA( Free Application for Federal Student Aid) yet, you should do so as quickly as possible. Once we have your FAFSA, we will prepare a financial aid offer package. You can review and approve your financial aid offer via our Student Self-Service Portal. Learn more about the financial aid and billing process on page 5.
Confirm your health information and emergency contact
All first-year and transfer students must complete the appropriate health form, and have health insurance coverage, whether it is provided by the University or you have your own coverage. All students must also provide Emergency Contact information. Learn more about Emergency Contact information on page 9, and Health Information on page 10.

Resident and commuter students who take courses on any GMercyU campus will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to coming to in the fall. Visit gmercyu. edu / covid-19 / students for more information.
Housing
Since we cannot guarantee on-campus housing, the earlier you send in your application and deposit, the more likely you ' ll not only get a room, but also one that meets your preferences. You can learn more about Living on Campus on page 7.
Get ready for life on campus
Be ready to go on the first day of classes by doing the following:

🔳Contact Student Accessibility Services if you think you will need learning or housing accommodations once you arrive on campus( page 15)
