4 latest What’s New Infamous: Second Son - PS4 Titanfall - Xbox One S T econd Son is set seven years after the great ending of Infamous 2, in which Cole MacGrath activated the Ray Field Inhibitor to destroy John White and cure the Plague. This sequel is set in Seattle, Washington, now under DUP jurisdiction. Players will control Delsin Rowe, a 24 year-old slacker graffiti artist, who wants to help the community by protesting against the government, which he hates. Because his brother, Reggie, is a police officer, he does not have a good connection with his family, seeing as his brother has arrested him numerous times. After trying to help in a bus crash, Delsin comes across a conduit who attacks him. Delsin wakes up with strong healing powers and later finds out he can use these powers offensively. Reggie accepts Delsin for being a conduit and helps him to protest against the government. Delsin then finds out that he can defeat other conduits and absorb their power for his own use. These powers include ice, smoke, nature, fire, neon, and others. The developers have said these powers are “the tip of the iceberg”. MARCH 21st 2014 itanfall is a first-person shooter multiplayer video game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts as an exclusive for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. In Titanfall, players fight on a war-torn planet in six-onsix online multiplayer-only matches as mech-style Titans and their pilots. The game’s action is fast-paced: when assuming control of pilots, players can run along walls and link jumps together parkour-style; after deploying and entering their Titans, players are equipped with more destructive armaments and special protective shields. The game won over 60 awards at its E3 2013 reveal, including a recordbreaking six E3 Critics Awards, and Best of Show from several media outlets. It also won official awards at Gamescom and the Tokyo Game Show. Many reviewers predicted Titanfall to be the next step for the first-person shooter genre, and IGN’s Ryan McCaffrey declared the game “Microsoft’s killer app”. This is one of Xbox One’s big hitters in the console war between Microsoft and Sony. MARCH 13th 2014 GME
