As in previous years we are asking branches if they can support these events to help us ensure a presence and to supply information and merchandise to the event goers . The Pride events are always lively , colourful celebrations of fun for the whole family and attract huge crowds , especially the city centre ones which attract tens of thousands of people .
This is a brilliant opportunity for active branches to showcase some of the fabulous work that goes on in the region and show that trade unions are about more than representation when people have problems .
