In recent years record crowds have attended the events to sample
gluten free fare and grab a bargain from dozens of exhibitors. There
is something for everyone! All food is gluten free,sometimes with low
FODMAP, vegetarian, vegan or lactose free options available.
Expos include gluten free cooking demonstrations and a conference
stage where expert speakers, including dietitians and medical
practitioners, share the latest developments in diet, coeliac disease
management and research.
