We kicked off CAW 2019 with an informative seminar at the
Walter and Eliza Hall Institute (WEHI) of Medical Research
in Melbourne. Dr Jason Tye-Din presented an update on
research and new therapies for coeliac disease and dietitian,
Annabel Mackenzie, addressed the challenges of eating out
on a gluten free diet.
