Easy lasagna

1-2 pounds ground beef

1 jar spaghetti sauce

Italian seasoning (to taste)

garlic powder (to taste)

1 pkg lasagna noodles

shredded cheddar cheese (as desired)

shredded mozarella cheese (as desired)

Brown ground beef in sauce pan

Add seasonings

Add spaghetti sauce

Let come to a boil and simmer

While ground beef is cooking, fill pot with water and let it come to a boil. Add lasagna noodles (at least 9 to make 3 layers). Follow package directions. Once noodles have cooked , begin to make layers in a 9 inch pan, starting with noodles, spread sauce on noodles, cover with cheese (cheddar and mozarella), and continue process ending with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees just until cheese is bubbly and a little brown on top. Remove from oven an allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Serve!

*Ground beef may be substituted with ground turkey or italian sausage, or you may use a combination.
