Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black caraway
1 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
Directions
1. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds, black caraway and ginger-garlic paste to it.
2. Add tomatoes, salt, chilli powder and cook until the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
