My Why?
Because I know that creative industry
cultures could be made 100 times
better if people stopped working in
generational and gender silos.
So I’ve coined a new phrase that I’m
hoping will become a new movement:
Genderational Diversity.
There will be five generations in the
workforce by 2020. Why are we
