influence on US-Israel relations in
Weekly Holiday of June 16, 2006)
This being the scenario, further
negotiation has begun afresh in a
fresh peaceful political climate
following the changeover of hard
core President of Iran Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad by Hassan Rouhani in
2013.President Obama in fact
extended his hand of cooperation to
Iranian President in the sideline of
the session of General Assembly of

Incidentally, Israeli hawkish Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against
the production of nuclear energy for
domestic use is continuously raising
unnecessary noises against Iran. A
group of law makers, both
Republican and Democrat, joined
hands with hawkish Prime Minister of
Israel knowing fully well that Israel as
of now did not sign Nuclear NonProliferation Treaty. Israeli lobby
group is so powerful in the United
States of America some lawmakers
joined hands with lobbyist group in
US in an effort to win the election
because lobbyist group spends
money in the election. (Please read

interpreted
as
affecting
the
inalienable right of all the parties to
the treaty to develop, research,
production and use of nuclear
energy for peaceful purpose without
discrimination and in conformity with
articles 1 and 11 of this treaty.
Articles 1 and 11 state that each
nuclear weapon state party to the
treaty should undertake not to
transfer to any recipient whatsoever
nuclear weapons or other explosive
devises, and non-nuclear state party
should undertake not to receive the
transfer from any or whatsoever of
nuclear weapons; not to
manufacture or acquire
such weapons. It is,
therefore, clear that Iran
has inalienable right to
pursue research to develop
nuclear energy for peaceful
purpose. In fact, Iran
signed the Nuclear NonProliferation Treaty (NPT)
on July 1 in 1968. Iranian
Parliament ratified the
treaty in February, 1970. Iran is the
country that has gone beyond its
obligations to ensure others of its
peaceful intentions, which reflects it‘s
signing of an additional Protocol to
its safeguard agreement with the
International Atomic Energy Agency
of the United Nations in 1974, a
watch dog of nuclear weapons.
