A society where everyone is equal in terms of justice, economic and political rights. State is not only the ruling structure but the guardian of the weakest. This assures that there are places where you can be born as a free human being and die as a reputable citizen. Religion, politics and economics is maintained at the same pace without harming anyone, keeping the balance towards progress and faith towards justice and progress. If the nations of the Indian subcontinent are to develop, then they are to set the sails first, construct a framework for Effective Regional Cooperation in terms of education, human development, political emancipation, trade, science and technology and communication. - Constitutionally limiting the power of the government, Ensuring parliamentary representatives are eligible and efficient, Passing and implementing the Bill of Rights and Establishing the principle of 'consent of the governed'. These are only the founding principles or framework to build up or transform a developing nation state. It is also one that can assure the continuity of this process and a balance among the different bodies of the government. However, to achieve this, government must be held accountable. In reality, countries on the Indian subcontinent are yet to achieve the true form of government that will ensure the rule of the government of the people, for the people and by the people.
