Give it a go! Show one of these images or any of those at KnowledgeInk.com.au to your colleagues and ask “How does this image represent the challenge we face today”. At first they will look at you blankly, because they are used to convergent mindset approaches. However, with some encouragement and a few seeded ideas, they will soon be generating a great diversity of ideas. These ideas are the foundations of your future success (If you choose to act on them faster than your competition does).

This divergent mindset exploring the object form an oblique approach will make connections between the image and their understanding of challenges they face. The shift in attitude stimulates range of ideas and themes that do not emerge when focusing with convergent thinking.
