Nisha is a junior at Harrisburg Academy. This is her third year participating in the Global Scholars Program with WACH. Before joining in her freshman year, she did not know much about the world or global issues.
Nisha says WACH has allowed her to engage in current events and gain a deeper understanding of world issues.
Nisha served as a WACH intern in the summer of 2014 and says it was one of the best experiences she has ever had.
She enjoyed learning new languages, and she is now studying French and Spanish, and hopes to become fluent. Nisha lvoes traveling and has visited Spain, China, and Australia. In college, she hopes to study international business and continue language studies.
