The world may see America as a happy and joyful place, but in reality, America is the leading country with the most mentally ill people. In America alone, there are 42.5 million adults effected. That doesn't even include children. Also 45% of people diagnosed do not get needed treatment. Even if America is a privileged country and has thousands of opportunities it is still the country that has the most mentally ill people.
