Product Overview
Software Defined Networking (SDN) separates control plane and data plane of the networking system so as to
control the flow of data packets from a centralized software. Data plane consists of all those hardware that are
included in the network such as routers, switches, bridges, etc. Control plane manages the packets which are to
be sent according to the priority. There is one more layer which is called as application layer, which directs
specific functions through the controller software, which includes program for networking monitoring, intrusion
detection systems, etc.
