Sleep Cycle app finds the ideal time when the users are in light sleep so as to wake up the
user toward the beginning of the day, amid a predefined window of 30 min time that
finishes at the user set time of alarm. Awakening when in the lightest stage of sleep has a
craving for awakening normally without the use of alarm, abandoning the user feeling
energized and rested.
The user should simply turn Sleep Cycle app on before going to sleep, and place the gadget
close by floor or at the end of table.
