Elayne Soh is the CEO of Beyond Medical Group , an investment holdings group dedicated to building iconic healthcare brands from the point of conceptualisation to management , ensuring that the clinics remain profitable and competitive . They provide logistic , organisational and administrative support so that their doctors can concentrate purely on clinical work and patient care delivery .
Elayne Soh has over 10 years of experience within the realm of healthcare management , from partners relations and business development to account management , and has helped several brands successfully grow their patient base and secure patient loyalty .
Prior to the Beyond Medical Group ’ s inception in 2013 , Elayne served as the Deputy Director in Partnership Development , Strategy Planning & Business Development with Luye Medical Group , she was the manager of the Doctors ’ Engagement Team with Parkway Medical and held a managerial position in Partnership Development at Tan Tock Seng Hospital . She attributes her growth to the cumulation of these experiences and mentorships from doctors who have watched and guided her professional development .

When asked what her greatest motivations were for getting the company to where it is today , CEO Elayne Soh quoted American footballer Antonio Brown , “ There ’ s always going to be growth , improvement and adversity . You just have to take it all in and do what ’ s right , continue to grow , continue to live in the moment .”
The CEO and mother of two continues to thrive and stands by the principle that there are two things in life we have control over — our attitude and efforts . She hopes this inspires her children when they ’ re older , showing them that there is no goal too far to reach and that they can achieve anything they set their minds on .
