Mr Mohd Daud Mohd Arif Mohd Daud Mohd Arif is the Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council since April 2021 . Previously , he served as the Senior Director of Tourism Policy and International Affairs Division at the Ministry of Tourism , Arts and Culture Malaysia , and Lead Shepherd of the APEC Tourism Working Group . In his previous capacity , Mohd Daud has demonstrated fervent passion for raising Malaysia Healthcare ’ s profile through numerous collaborative initiatives . This includes co-organising the APEC Forum on Medical Tourism with MHTC , themed Building a Borderless Future in Healthcare , and jointly representing and promoting Malaysia ’ s healthcare travel industry at the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation ( COMCEC ) Tourism Working Group Meetings .
Mr Sudi Narashimhan A seasoned executive in the healthcare space , Sudi Narasimhan has worked for several medical device manufacturers and is the previous Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi . Prior to this , Sudi worked at Bumrungrad International Hospital as the Corporate Director of Marketing and Business Development . He has many years of experience both in operations , sales , and marketing . He studied engineering and has a keen personal interest in health , wellness , and the prevention of disease .
Dr Timothy Low Dr Timothy Low is a board member of Farrer Park Hospital in Singapore and was previously the CEO of Gleneagles Hospital . He is co-founder and CEO of Sheer HC , a leader in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices in the Asia-Pacific . With 30 years of experience in both public and private practice , Dr Low brings to the healthcare field both operational and medical knowledge , along with extensive strategic experience .
