LETTER OF
COLLABORATION
Global Guardian Project has teamed
up with Parks Project , Parks4Kids and
graphic designer Megan Jurvis to create
this beautiful Exploring our National Park
Capsule. This cause driven partnership
combines our unique skills to educate,
inspire and challenge families to learn
more about US National Parks, and to
get out and explore our amazing natural
treasures.
Parks Project is a brand that takes
the concept of giving back to nature
and applies a dash of environmental
social enterprise. Parks Project uses
the sale of apparel and accessories to
connect consumers with national park
conservancies. Every product purchased
contributes directly to one of over 30
different projects across America’s parks.
Whether it’s supporting bear conservation
in Denali or trail restorations in Muir
Woods, Parks Project makes quality
goods with purpose to fund and promote
projects that restore our nations parks.
And that’s not all, in the past year they
have contributed hundreds of volunteer
1
hours and influenced how hundreds
of thousands of people look at their
relationship with the outdoors.
100% of the proceeds of the first month
of sales will be generously donated to
Parks4Kids, an organization that works
with local schools and nonprofit partners
across the country to give elementary
and school students meaningful park
experiences. On average, it costs just
$10 for a child to visit a park and just
$1,000 for an entire school. In 2016,
Parks4Kids provided micro grants to
local organizations, teachers, schools and
nonprofits connecting nearly 25,000 kids
to parks. In 2017 we’re working to support
the “best-of-the-best” projects across the
country. The support of Global Guardians
Project and Parks Project will help support
dozens of community driven projects
across the county. To get involved, visit
