Can I track responses from my clients? Yes. Individuals at your organisation open online accounts with us( these are opened automatically via the McLagan Survey GDPR Consent Platform. Through these accounts, your team can monitor responses as they are received from clients. You will be able to view the name and organisation of a respondent and you will be able to see which questions a respondent has answered and which have been left unanswered. These details can also be exported into an Excel for internal use. If a response has been erroneously submitted or mistakes are found( e. g. a client rated you for services you do not offer), these can be reported directly to us for correction. We have prepared a short information sheet( attached at the end of this document) summarising the benefits and the improvements we have made to the survey process that you can share with your clients.
What benefits are there to my clients for taking part in a survey? Every client who completes a survey questionnaire will receive a complimentary benchmarking report comparing their assessment of their service provider to that of other clients of the same provider, as well as a comparison of their provider with providers used by all other respondents to the survey.
