Specialty Equipment Market

The automotive specialty equipment market experienced an eighth straight year of post-recession growth, reaching $43 billion in 2017, as reported in the 2018 SEMA Market Report. This number represents a 4% growth over the previous year and is projected to increase through the end of 2018. A strong economy paired with rising consumer confidence means that more people are willing to spend money on discretionary items, such as specialty automotive parts. Recently announced tariffs on imported steel, aluminum, etc. and other policy changes could affect the economy and the industry in 2018, but to this point, demand has been strong. With a positive outlook on the current state of the worldwide specialty equipment market, there are equal opportunities for growth in Spain.
