The migration of Smart Launches to Team Neo is now complete, with the team taking
control of the process across all geographies. Here’s Kiriti Rambhatla on how the
journey has been so far:
“Smart Launches is very challenging and has been helping us enhance on campaign

Smart Launches as a product is something the team has been waiting for, given its
analytical scope. I personally like the targeting aspect of Smart Launches with its room
for subjectivity. However, all of this had to be carefully put into a training process. I
would like to thank the Regional Champions (RC) for their amazing effort at putting
together a great training program under Justin Postlethwaite’s supervision, which was
extensive, elaborate, and detailed.
This has resulted in the team picking up the right fundamentals to become experts on
this product and its process. I personally feel this product has a steep learning curve. The
RC’s have been constantly monitoring progress to ensure that the team is up to scale.
The team had to device its strategy of how to approach the volumes, and I think they are
doing a great job of pacing their work and ensuring the quality levels are met keeping the
scale in mind.
