Welcome to the 53rd Edition of Ad Ops News
Hello Ad Ops Family! We are flying through the year, already a month
into Q2! Some amazing ‘Next Plays’ have been made, some very cool team
outings have been had. Let’s take a look at how this quarter is progressing
and celebrate our 2017 successes thus far.
As always, make sure to check out our new hires, anniversaries, birthdays,
and recent promotions.

Team, let me start with: wow. EVS participation rate. Wow.
At 95%, what a strong voice for each and every one of you to be heard...
thank you for participating and stay tuned for the insights.
Q1 finished strong on all things media related. From revenue to delivery,
you guys crushed it. [Insert heart here]
My favorite thing these days is to hear from our global mobility winners.
If you see one of them in your office, please make sure you connect and
extend a warm welcome. If you are one of the winners, don’t forget to
share back with the broader team, it is part of the deal!
My next trip is to Dublin in May and I am very much looking forward to
spending some time with the team there. [Insert heart here]
India you are next, not sure when, yet but top of mind for me! [Insert heart

Unfortunately I will not be able to go Toronto as I had hoped next week
[Insert heart here] and won’t make it to San Francisco either [Insert heart

London, Sydney, and the other offices, stay tuned. [Insert heart here]
In the meantime, we are getting ready for the global rollout of Golden Gate
Phase II and the launch of Deal Desk. One step closer to our vision. I am
excited and I hope you are too. Remember, we will need your honest and
in-the-moment feedback as we ramp up and learn along the way.
And as always, thank you for your hard, smart and
patient work.
