ATTENTION TEACHERS Do not forget you have superpowers - that is the ability to stunt a child's dream and self-esteem, or the ability to develop notable citizens for tomorrow. Children do not care what you know, they want to know that you care – find a way to convey this to your students. But still be firm and serious when required. Give students a second chance once in a while, it will also be a chance to show compassion, and teach the lesson of gratitude. Rotate the students you call on, so no one is left out! Never cast a negative name to a child.
