ASSISTANCE DOGS
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .
CASH POINTS
There is a Clydesdale cash machine adjacent to the Box Office on the central SEC Concourse . Additional cash machines are available in various parts of the venue , but these levy an additional charge for withdrawals .
CANVASSING Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution of printed or other placards , hand bills or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand area , is strictly prohibited .
CATERING
A food court area is available at the rear of Hall 3 , with additional catering points on the Concourse .
CLOAKROOM Located on the Concourse and is £ 2 per item .
DISABLED ACCESS
The venue is easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs . Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor within the hall .
FIRST AID CENTRE
The Medical Centre is located on the Concourse , at the east entrance , where qualified medical staff are on duty .
LOST PROPERTY Any enquiries should be directed to the Organisers ’ Office .
TOILETS Facilities are available in Hall 3 as well as on the Concourse .

SEMINAR & MASTERCLASS TICKETS Tickets are not required for the seminars and masterclasses . Seating is allocated on a first come , first served basis . You cannot book in advance .
ORGANISER ’ S OFFICE The Organiser ’ s Office is located inside Hall 3 – up the stairs on the right-hand side at the back of the hall .
BUSINESS CENTRE Located on the Concourse , towards the east entrance .
