Interview Questions
1. Did you want this career as a kid? Why or why not? The passion of teaching and learning was always there as I found it very satiating in teaching my class mates. But, I realised it about this noble profession once I grew up and I took it as my duty bestowed upon me by Goddess Saraswati.
2. Describe yourself. What do you think about yourself, and do you think people perceive you in the
same way? I adore my profession and for me the communication of the satisfaction and understanding in my pupils ' eyes is my prayers to God.
3. If you could have a luncheon with any three people( real or �ctitious / from any time period / dead or
alive), which three people would you choose and why? If I had a chance to have a luncheon with three people, I would choose to be with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalamji, and our Hon ' ble P. M. Mr. Narendra Modi as I marvel at their progressive thoughts, their devotion to the nation and their methodical approach. One ' s attempt for the progress of the nation must be sel�ess. 4. Which is your most cherished childhood memory? What kind of kid were you, naughty or nice? Like every child, I had my mischief also but it was never destructive. I belong to the age where parents were our Gods and obeying them used to be a pleasure. T V or other gadgets could never hinder our creativity or physical activities. I cherish my those days with great fondness
5. What are the traits of an effective principal? Holistic development of my students as well teachers remains my sole aim. An effective principal creates a bridge of success for his students, satisfaction for parents as well as teachers. His efforts must remain in loop with latest technologies and facilitate his students as well as his faculty. Child must remain the center focus.. his Progress with ample of moral and ethical values
6. What is the best part and worst part about your job? Best part is to view the perennial growth of my students and worst part is to see the degrading value system.
7. Do you have any heroes? If yes what do like the most about him / her? Yes, like I told before, our late Hon ' ble President Shri APJ Abdul Kalamji and our Hon ' ble PM Sir, Mr Narendra Modiji are my heroes. I admire their progressive thoughts, their devotion and sel�ess dedication towards the progress of our nation.
8. How will you identify the educational needs and values of the community? With changing trends, change the educational needs also. I always keep myself well informed about the latest teaching and learning technologies as well as methodologies. Our school management always believes in facilitating teachers and students by keeping them abreast with the latest developments.
