As we progress into the Kingdom of Our Lord and of His Christ, the battle rages hotter and hotter. We must come to the point that we begin to share our testimonies so that our brother and our sister’s will be able to survive the battles and storms. In the book of Revelation chapter 12 the 11th verse states “And we overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony.” We must start sharing our adversities as well as pitfalls so that other people can learn from what we have experienced in hopes that they too can escape the snare of the fowler, other wise known as the evil one. A lot of the things that would be
can be avoided if we would simply open up our mouths and share with one another. When telling your testimony, be mindful and use wisdom as well as discernment. Everyone is not at a mature place to handle all of it but they can certainly use a lot of it.
For so long in the Body of Christ a lot of things were taboo or just not talked about in a church forum. Certain things were swept under the rug and or locked away in a closet and that should not be so. The church is a hospital, meant for sick or ailing people that are in need of a Savior. We being little gods in the earth are the hands and feet of Jesus in which people can tangibly touch. We are Christ’s extension in the earth to be able to assist one another to mend and heal the hurting and broken hearted. While we point them to God and to His Son, we are expected to assist in the process. How do we do this? We share our story, what we have been through and how we made it out of it. We show the next person that we won the victory and so can they.
A few weeks ago God inspired me to write a post on Facebook, and I would like to share that with you now. I said: “ I have heard it to be said that the anointing flows from the head down. Psalm 133:2 says that “It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down to the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard down the collar of his robe.” That is awesome!
