Why to be vegetarian?
There is a big debate as to whether it is better to be vegetarian or no. However, there is a worldwide trend of more and more people crossing over and becoming vegetarian.So here are a few reasons to become vegetarian:
1. You'll ward off disease: Vegetarian diets are more healthful than the common diets, partuculary in preventing, treating or reversing heart disease and reducing risk of cancer.
2.You'll keep your weight down: A study found that overweight people who followed a low-fat, in a diet lost more than 24 pounds in the fist year without counting calories carbs.
