Niki aims to bring the next billion online,
and believes that it is possible only if all
the friction there is when it comes to
taking care of tasks online, can be
eradicated. Conversational interfaces are
for everyone, and thus have the potential
to 'enable' everyone to get things done in
a way as simple as talking to a friend. To
further enhance the experience, the
company is already working on voice and
multilingual support. This will enable
users to be able to actually speak and
converse with Niki in their own regional
language to make transactions.

Bank, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank,
Karbonn, Intex and likes, further bolsters
the confidence in conversational
commerce as a whole. Other than those
related to commerce, the company is also
working on some really interesting use-
cases including that of a stock broker and
insurance agen, to name a few. With
more services and more SDK
partnerships in the pipeline, Niki.ai's
vision is for Niki to be everywhere and
everything transactional.
